They also test every batch of milk at various points throughout the process to help ensure their milk comes from cows that produce only the A2 protein.

Their US local farmers take great care to make sure the a2 Milk® cows are segregated from the rest of the herd and milked separately. This helps ensure the milk they deliver to us is delicious, a2 Milk® with the natural A2 protein.
