The Gourmet Sausage Company was formed in 2012 by an Australian Family of Butchers to supply high quality artisan gourmet sausages and burgers to major supermarkets as this standard of meat product was only traditionally available in boutique butchers.  The sausages, burgers and meatballs are carefully made in small batches , this ensures maximum flavour, quality and perfection. The company is very proud of its continuous accolades and Gold Medal Awards at Royal Fine Food Show since 2013.

In order to meet the highest standard of quality it was important that all upgrades to plant and equipment met HACCP OH&S Compliance in the New Facility.  Working with the team at ROXSET over 9 years has ensured all HACCP Flooring & Hygiene standards are met and any repairs are taken care of under the long term maintenance warranty.
